Ranked: UAE’s tallest buildings, after Burj Khalifa of course

Dubai is home to more than 900 completed high-rise buildings, with almost 90 of them standing taller than 180 metres – and the number is growing.

It will come as no surprise to most that the Burj Khalifa is the tallest of them, being the tallest building in the world and all.

But the world number one’s days as the one tower to rule them all are numbered. Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia is charging ever upward and is planned to top out at 1 kilometre high.
